Junior Media Analyst (m/f)


Aufgaben:
Paid media analytics weekly deliverables:
  • Evangelize a measurement culture and contribute to analytics documentation (e.g., data dictionary, KPI guidelines/benchmark) using knowledge management tools to provide a reference repository for the organization
  • Responsible for the weekly paid media deliverables: weekly one pager report and analysis
  • Support creation of Friday talk newsletter on a bi-weekly basis, participate in topics development, in data/research to aliment the newsletter and in blog page creation on Yammer/Slack to host the Friday talk newsfeed
Paid media analytics Deliverables support:
  • Clarifying the purpose/use/audience of the reports, identifying the best KPIs and supporting metrics, and creating a lean report that fulfills the business need and does not contain noise Execute analysis (e.g., segmentation, campaign) using analytic and/or statistical/applied statistical tools to address business questions, issues, and opportunities
  • Paid media analytics quarterly report and adhoc support to markets
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS/MS degree in a business discipline with quantitative orientation (business, economics, operational research, social science, information technology) or a track record that proves the same
  • Command of working English
  • Strong experience in Descriptive statistics and Trend analysis
  • Understanding of Correlating data technics, Assessing significance & Interpreting data and translating findings into business insights and recommendations
  • Experience with web analytics, social analytics, ad serving, digital paid media universe, cookies (Adobe Analytics, DoubleClick, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Analytics)
  • Understanding of data hygiene best practices
  • Knowledge/Understanding of data collection methods (API, JavaScript, data sources, SDK, tag management)
  • Experience and knowledge of technical and creative aspects of digital, social and mobile
  • Experience with data manipulation, analysis and visualization tools
  • Understanding of fields complementary to your activity (Market Research, Marketing Intelligence, Data Science) to leverage synergies and work towards a the building of a 360° view of our consumers
