Senior Specialist HR Services System Support (m/f)

• Provides service-oriented HR System support for HR and employees
• Supports on-going HR systems audits, trainings and other measurements to ensure high level of HR data integrity and validity
• Runs scheduled and ad hoc reports
• Assists in executing HR system authorization requests according to global, regional and local policies
• Ensures adherence of HR IT projects and change requests, as well as HR data feeds to other systems or processes with regional/local data protection and data privacy regulations
• Attends regular information exchange and feedback sessions within eHR organization
• Contributes coordinating and facilitating system updates due to organizational re-structuring
• Supports in executing Mass Data Scripts
• Participates in HR System related projects
• Supports user acceptance testing
• Assists in the creation of HR system user manuals and guidelines
• Ensures correct and timely administration of Organizational Management (OM) data
• Assists in HR systems trainings and workshops for data maintenance
• Reports on KPI achievements for the HR Services Organization
• Supports development of knowledge base

• University Degree or equivalent (MBA, Diploma, BA, etc.)   
• 1-2 years of work experience, ideally within an international matrix organization
• Excellent command of English
• German Language skills a plus
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications
• High level of affinity to and experience Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR
• Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented work style
