Specialist Customer Service (m/f)

• Act as key contact for customers in area of responsibility for all inquiries, (re-)orders, deliveries, payments, claims, repairs, exchanges and returns
• Respond promptly to customers after evaluating all relevant information to handle the inquiry
• Process orders, order confirmations, cancelations, invoices, debit & credit notes, deliveries  and communicate / coordinate with key interfaces as required
• Follow up on interactions with key interfaces and direct unresolved issues to designated resources (e.ge delivery control, payments, variances)
• Maintain customer accounts
• Record details for customer interactions
• Align with Credit Management Specialist on account/payment status e.g. prior shipments
• Align with Sales Service after sell ins regarding new accounts, special handlings and conditions
• Request credit verification for new accounts from Accounting department
• Support Sales Managers with knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Advanced Microsoft-Office Skills
• Fluent in English and German, French and Italian are of advantage

• Commercial education or apprenticeship as a foreign language correspondent
• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service within fashion, sport or consumer goods industry
