Marketing-Manager Europe (m/w/d)


Aufgaben:
  • Support the creation of the strategy by providing guidance to the senior leadership team
  • Drive research and analysis of the changes in the market (market situation, competitors) to expand or defend our market position through strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the EU marketing team resources and develop a brand strategy that positions as the performance leaders in our market.
  • Connect with the global team to coordinate and implement strategic needs by supporting the creation of the strategic plan
  • Support innovation activities for all business units in support of strategy. Determine USPs (unique selling propositions) with support of the local product manager(s)
  • Help Identify strategic acquisitions to support long term strategic objectives
  • Engage EN standards committee to drive high performance and safety standards to benefit the customers
  • Situation Gap Analysis. Identify, describe, analyze and evaluate market needs to create growth opportunities
  • Innovate viable and successful marketing concepts and advertising campaigns, for example on competitive intelligence
  • Utilize data-driven marketing to provide total customer engagement to amplify brand awareness and create an environment that converts leads into sales and direction for
    the sales teams
  • Liaise with business partners, customers, distributors on various cooperative programs and promotional opportunities
  • Manage Europe marketing team resources and support local units for all marketing activities
  • Plan, budget and execute all marketing activities for the European Group
  • Economic considerations carry out projects, assess such as schedule, necessary budget, expected targets and KPIs
  • Coordination of the day-to-day management of all communication/promotional activities related to the EU region which can include on-and-offline marketing programs and
    marketing projects throughout EU
  • Generate PR opportunities and liaise with European PR/media contacts
  • Act as CI/CD-Manager and point of contact for questions concerning brand guidelines and usage
Profil:
  • University degree in the area of business with a focus on marketing or comparable education in a similar environment
  • 5+ years relevant experience in strategic marketing;
    experience working in a cross-functional, complex matrix environment and developing partnership-style relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, distinctive acumen and knowledge of the market and the industry, extensive marketing expertise
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills; strategic thinking with a high level of creativity; highly analytical to find gaps and competitive advantages; results oriented (shows a high level of passion and drive to meet or exceed objectives)
  • Fluent English and German (verbal and written), additional languages are beneficial
