Team Assistant Development Apparel (m/f/d)

• Responsible to support and organize the Director and his organization in this daily operations and projects
• Interact with international stakeholders and build the bridge between the HQ in Germany and Asian counterparts
• Maintenance and monitoring of the Apparel Development budget
• Preparation of presentations and organization of international meetings including the coordination of samples
• Management and coordination of calendars, business trips as well as absence of the team
• Support a smooth information and communication flow across the Apparel Development disciplines
• Internal and external point of contact for all operational development topics
• Additional project support

• University degree in Business Administration or a similar field of studies
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Understanding of apparel development processes in the sports industry is an advantage
• Ideally first project management experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with timelines in a dynamic environment
• Creative and innovative thinking
• High level of cultural awareness
• Strong MS Office Skills
• Business English fluent
