Senior Specialist Market Supply Chain Operations (m/f/d)


Aufgaben:
  • To execute system and communication related activities which improve COTA and timely COTIF conversion across cluster in line with business financial targets.
  • Manage and provide service excellence to all relevant interfaces to ensure order book execution, issue resolutions and integrity on time product availability & outbound delivery and order book conversion. 
  • Support on day-to-day activities to ensure release of the orderbook according to the SCM strategy and aligned with CS/Sales requirements
  • Work cross functionally with other SCM-teams and commercial business partners to ensure that projects and initiatives are supported & implemented and globally as required 
  • Collaborate and support order fulfillment process alignments with the goal of making continuous business improvements within Europe organization; highlight requirements, include process documentation and initiating ideas for improvements
  • Development and circulation of European SCM  KPI management reports. Discussed and communicated during the cluster key stakeholder management meetings.   
  • Participation in workshop/trainings for SAP upgrades and support regression testing. Planning and coordination of system testing for Market Operation & Optimization, including assessing scenarios and test script requirements; Key user for SAP testing of quarterly release and new functionalities (e.g. MT Flex, Outbound Scheduling) 

Qualifikation:
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum of Qualifications:
  •  4 year college or university degree required, focus on Logistics or Supply Chain preferred
  • 2+ years related work experience preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree
  • Industry experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  •  Background in Supply Chain and in-depth knowledge of supply chain mechanics
  • Ability to understand complex supply chain issues and drive them to solution
  • Ability to achieve and exceed goals / objectives and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organizational skills
  • Operational and commercial experience/mind-set
  • Strong team player with the ability to work with diverse groups of people in a productive manner
  • Ability to work independently with moderate guidance on several projects simultaneously
  • Experienced with various reporting platforms such as Micro Strategy
  • Strong evidence of reporting and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English written and oral supported by excellent communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Power Point); SAP AFS knowledge
