(Junior) Project Manager PMO Distribution (m/f)

• Maintain existing distribution project management methodology and standards and enhance with agile and program management elements
• Further develop Quality Gates Review process and increase visibility and transparency of key initiatives for SMT
• Support internal and external project staff with project management related questions throughout project lifecycle
• Review project documentation (Business case,Project Charter, Project Closure Form) of key projects
• Consolidate project status information and report progress to SMT
• Measure project metrics and report project success to SMT
• Maintain and further increase the quality of distribution project templates & tools
• Develop project management trainings and train project staff globally on project management standards, methods and best practices. Organize and hold project community meetings

•  Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive work experience in mid to large-scale project or program management
• Ideally PMI certified

• Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required
• Fluent English (verbal and written),
• Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
